If you believe that any content accessible through the Shark Music application infringes your copyright, you may send a notification to our designated Copyright Agent.

1How to file a notice of infringement

For a notification to be effective, it must be sent in writing and contain the following information:

Signature

Physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized person.

Identification

Clear description of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed.

Location

ID or link of the material so Shark Music can locate it.

Contact

Your address, phone number, and email address.

Good Faith

Statement that the use is not authorized by the owner or the law.

Accuracy

Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

2Shark Music's Action

After receiving a valid and complete notification, Shark Music will act expeditiously to remove access or disable the link to the infringing content within the application.

Important Note:

Shark Music does not host audio or video files; the content is streamed directly from third-party servers. We strongly recommend that you also send your claim to the original service provider to ensure permanent removal of the source.

3Counter-notification procedure

If you believe that access to your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification including your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief about the mistake made, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the court corresponding to your address or to the headquarters of GreenRabbit Studio.

4Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with international regulations, Shark Music maintains a policy that provides for the termination of access to the service for those users or sources that are repeatedly identified as repeat infringers.
