Shark Music Global Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing or using the Shark Music application (hereinafter, "the Application"), developed by GreenRabbit Studio (hereinafter, "the Developer"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Application.
1Nature of the Service
Shark Music is a technical playback client that allows the streaming of audio content available on open web platforms, integrating YouTube sources and third-party playlists.
2Eligibility and Age
Use of the Application is restricted to persons at least 13 years of age. If the user is a minor in their country of residence, they must have the authorization of their parent or legal guardian to use the service.
3Usage Restrictions and Intellectual Property
You agree not to perform the following activities:
- Download Prohibition: The Application does NOT allow the downloading of music or content for local storage. Its function is strictly streaming.
- Personal Use: The service is exclusively for personal and non-commercial use.
- Content Integrity: It is prohibited to separate audio from video, circumvent geographical restrictions, or reverse engineer the Application.
- Local Laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the Application complies with copyright laws and regulations of your country of residence.
4Affiliation Disclaimer
Shark Music has NO official affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by Grooveshark or any other third-party platform whose links may be searched or played through the Application.
5Privacy and Data Security
- Encryption: All collected data (such as device IDs for personalization) is encrypted in transit.
- Third Parties: Shark Music does not share personal information with third parties.
- Rights: You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time through the Developer's support channels.
6Limitation of Liability
The Developer does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of content, as these depend on external providers. Shark Music is not responsible for the deletion of videos or failures in the origin links of third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for indirect damages derived from the use of the Application.
7Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Developer is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections in force in the user's country of residence. Any legal dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
8Contact and Modifications
GreenRabbit Studio reserves the right to update these terms to reflect technical or legal changes. Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
